Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes begin only after the AEGI Personal Colour Analysis (PCA) online form has been fully completed and submitted with all required information and images. This commencement is based on the date of form completion, not the date of purchase or payment. An analyst is typically assigned within a few hours of receiving a completed form.

• Standard Delivery – Free; 3–5 business days from receipt of the completed form.
• Priority Delivery – Additional fee; 2–3 business days.
• Express Delivery – Additional fee; within 24 hours.

All timeframes refer to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Incomplete forms or missing photographs will delay processing. All results and AEGI digital products are delivered via email to the address provided at purchase. Please check your junk or spam folder if the email is not received within the expected timeframe.

Guarantee

For Priority and Express Delivery, if results are not delivered within the stated timeframe, the additional fee will be refunded in full. This does not apply to delays caused by incomplete forms, missing photographs, or other client-related issues.
