This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of online personal colour analysis services from AEGI.Lab Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) regardless of the customer’s location. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
Nature of Service
Our personal colour analysis is a customised, digital consultation service. Each report is created based on photographs, information, and preferences you provide. As this is a personalised service, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Delays caused by incomplete form submissions, missing photographs, or incorrect contact information

Quality Assurance
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering your analysis to a high professional standard. If you believe there has been a genuine error in your report (e.g., missing sections, incorrect files sent), you must notify us in writing at support@aegilab.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, if necessary, correct the report at no extra cost.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are based on the completion date of your online form and photo submission, not the date of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.
International Customers
This policy applies to all customers, regardless of jurisdiction. Certain consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights that cannot be excluded. Where such rights apply, this policy will operate alongside them.
